Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person or virtual visits?
Both. I offer virtual appointments for clients across the U.S. and in-person consultations for those who are local (Santa Rosa Beach, Forida and surrounding areas). You choose what works best for your life and comfort
Do you work with adults or children?
I primarily work with adults. I do accept children and adolescents on a case-by-case basis, depending on needs, appropriateness of care, and parental involvement.
Do you use functional lab testing? Can I bring previous labs?
Yes! I utilize functional lab testing when appropriate to help identify patterns or imbalances. I also welcome any previous labs, imaging, or diagnostics you/ve already had done- no need to reinvent the wheel. Bringing past results often saves time, money, and helps us connect missing pieces faster.
What happens during the first consultation?
Your initial visit last approximately 60-90 minutes. During this time, we will:
Review your intake forms and health history (from in your mom’s womb to present)
Discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, environment, and stressors
Clarify your goals and expectations
Begin building a personalized and realistic wellness plan
This is where I listen to your story- the kind most providers don’t have time to hear.
What about follow-up visits?
Follow-up sessions last 30-60 minutes, depending on your needs. We will:
Review functional labs (if completed)
Track progress and setbacks
Adjust supplements, nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and wellness protocols
Answer question and continue building your long-term plan
Do you offer packages or one-time visits?
Yes. I offer individual session and wellness packages, which can be found under Services section of the website.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, many clients use HSA or FSA accounts for certain services, labs, or supplements. Superbills can be provided upon request, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.
Do you collaborate with my primary care provider or specialists?
Yes, when appropriate and with your consent. I believe in a team-based approach to health and am happy to collaborate with your PCP or specialists to keep your care safe, ethical, and aligned.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, not yet! For now, I focus on education, lifestyle strategies, supplements, herbs, and evidence-informed wellness tools. If prescriptions or medication adjustments are needed, I will refer you to your prescribing provider.
Are you a replacement for my doctor?
No. I do not diagnose, treat, or replace your medical provider. My role is to support, educate, and empower you while helping you navigate the spaces traditional medicine often overlooks.
